Remodeler/Builder
Rich Built, Inc. is committed to keeping on top of the latest and most effective methods of business and building practices within our industry. This is evidenced by the following education certifications received from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
  • Certified Graduate Remodeler (C.G.R.)
This is a national designation program which serves the consumer and remodeling industry by emphasizing superior standards. The program recognizes active management and technical experience in all phases of a remodeling business and requires the completion and continuation of prescribed education, a commitment to professionalism and adherence to a code of ethics.
  • Certified Green Professional (C.G.P.)
Certified Green Professionals are builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building in homes. G.G.P.'s have a solid background in green building methods and provide green building solutions to the home building industry. C.G.P.'s have a minimum of two years building industry experience and have completed courses specializing in green building solutions. C.G.P.'s are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every three years from building industry related educational activities. A minimum of 8 hours is required to come from green building industry related educational activities. This is to insure current knowledge of industry standards/requirements as well as codes and products. Green homes provide home owners with lower maintenance, better indoor air quality and better long term value.
  • Certified Aging in Place Specialist (C.A.P.S.)
The Certified Aging in Place Specialist is a desgnation program with the goal of teaching the strategies and techniques for marketing, designing and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environments. The program connects homeownders and contractors specially trained to identify and perform home modifications necessary to aging in place.
